Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Order Windows: This year, more than ever, it is important that you order your apparel as early as you are able as there are inventory shortages and delays from manufacturers on their incoming product.

Ordering opportunities:

Wave 1: Orders due by August 31st.

Wave 2: Oct 23-Nov 1. Orders are anticipated to be complete by the end of Nov. Sublimated UNRL apparel in Mid December.

***UNRL items require a minimum order of 12. If we do not receive 12 orders for the hoods, Ts or Shorts we will need to cancel the orders.

Sizing: For apparel, we have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. Please note that sizing among the various manufacturers may differ. BAUER Apparel is available to try on at Strauss in Maplewood.

Delivery: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up at Strauss in Maplewood. After stores closes please allow 4 weeks for order completion. UNRL Sublimated hoods take up to 6 weeks.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers and check the inventory level of every product in each size and color prior to opening any order wave; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders. As demand increases due to relaxing covid-19 restrictions, the supply chains are increasingly strained due to delays at our ports, freight delays and labor shortages combined with the increased demand for product. Please know that we are doing our best to minimize any out of stocks or back-orders; however, if this happens, we ask for your patience as we work through solutions.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
